📄 Introduction

"Game Box : Mini Games" ("the App", "we", "us") is a collection of casual mini games (including puzzle, arcade, and board games) for mobile devices. This page explains what information the App interacts with, why the App requests certain device permissions, how advertising is delivered inside the App, and the terms under which you may use it.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

🙅 No Registration Required

The App does not require you to create an account, sign up, sign in, or provide any personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number in order to play. There are no login screens, no user profiles, and no social media integrations.

Because there is no sign-up flow, the App itself does not directly collect personal information. However:

• Locally stored game data — high scores, best times, difficulty selections, and similar gameplay progress are stored only on your device (e.g. in local app storage) and are never transmitted to us.
• Advertising data — the App displays ads through the Unity Ads network. Unity Technologies, as an independent third party, may automatically collect technical and advertising identifiers (such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system version, general/coarse location, and app usage interaction data) in order to serve and measure ads. • Diagnostic data — standard, non-identifying crash and performance data may be generated by the Android operating system or Google Play services outside of our control.

🔐 App Permissions

The App requests the minimum Android permissions necessary to function and display ads:

The App does not request permissions for contacts, camera, microphone, storage, location, or SMS. It does not access your photos, files, or other apps on your device.

📺 Advertising & Unity Ads

The App is monetized through Unity Ads, provided by Unity Technologies. Full-page (interstitial) ads may be shown at natural break points in the App, including:

• Between games, when you switch from one mini game back to the games menu.
• When you use the device's back navigation to exit a game.
• At other natural transition points such as game restarts or level completions.

Unity may use advertising identifiers and device/technical information described above to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Unity's own data practices are described in the Unity Privacy Policy:

🔗 Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

🧒 Children's Privacy

The App is designed as general-audience, casual entertainment and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Because there is no registration or account system, no personal information is knowingly gathered from children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your region).

Note that advertising shown via Unity Ads is configured and served according to Google Play's Families/child-directed program requirements where applicable.

🛡️ Data Security & Retention

Gameplay data (scores, settings) is stored locally on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its app data/storage. We do not operate a backend server that stores your personal information. Any data collected by third-party ad services is retained according to their own retention policies.

⚙️ Your Choices & Rights

• Ad personalization — you can limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier from your device settings (typically under Settings → Privacy → Ads or Google Settings → Ads on Android).
• Uninstalling the App — removes all locally stored gameplay data from your device.
• Regional privacy rights — depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of data held about you by our third-party ad partners. Requests specific to Unity's processing should be directed to Unity Technologies via their privacy policy.

📜 Terms of Use

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by law.
• Use bots, scripts, or exploits to interfere with gameplay, ad delivery, or App functionality.
• Copy, redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App or its content without permission.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Intellectual Property

All game designs, graphics, code, and content within the App (excluding third-party ad content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license described above.

Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its mini games at any time, with or without notice.
